Risant Health has agreed to acquire Integris Health, an Oklahoma nonprofit system, according to Healthcare Dive and Fierce Healthcare. Fierce reported that the deal is pending approvals. Integris operates 20 acute and specialty hospitals and the state’s largest physician network, Healthcare Dive reported.

The acquisition would give Integris access to more capital and technology, Healthcare Dive reported. Integris has operated at a loss over the last two years, and its net income was $12 million in its 2025 fiscal year, down from almost $27 million in the prior year. Risant acquired Geisinger in 2024 and Cone Health in 2025. Fierce reported that Integris would join them in seeking outside investment and value-based care know-how.
