Tonight We Ride, LLC Issues Voluntary Recall of Ultimate Forza Male Supplement Due to Presence of Undeclared Sildenafil, Tadalafil, and Dapoxetine

The products were distributed through certain independently owned GNC franchise locations in the United States from 2017 to October 1, 2026, and were not sold through GNC corporate stores.

The FDA said sildenafil and tadalafil may interact with nitrates in some prescription drugs, including nitroglycerin, and lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. The recall covers the Ultimate Forza Multi-Capsule/Box (Item #810208, UPC 868592000002) and Ultimate Forza Single Pack (Item #810222, UPC 868592000040). The company said sales stopped, affected products were quarantined at franchise locations, and customers were notified to discontinue use and return remaining product. Consumers may return unopened or partially used products to a GNC store for a full refund.
