First Tracks reported positive early-stage results for ANB033, its celiac disease drug. The company enrolled 32 participants and randomized them to receive a placebo or three subcutaneously administered doses over four weeks. Participants then underwent a two-week gluten challenge, equivalent to eating about two slices of bread each day.

The drug met statistical significance on three study measures assessing biological signs of celiac, according to First Tracks. The company is also testing ANB033 in a Phase 1b trial for eosinophilic esophagitis, with data expected in the third quarter of 2027. First Tracks said it is on track to start Phase 2 development for vitiligo and another, unnamed indication in the first half of 2027.
